Introduction! Who am I?

Hello! My name is Rebecca. I am 26 years old and from Germany. I am a student at the Goethe University Frankfurt and am studying to be an teacher for English and Geography in secondary school. I spend two years living abroad in Texas in the USA. There I studied English and Teaching English as a Second Language for two years and have been living back home since 2016. I was in the USA with a track & field scholarship and was therefore part of the university's & field team as a thrower. I am starting my last full semester at university in April and I am going to take my state examination soon which is going to conclude my time at university.

I have several reasons why I am starting this blog. Firstly I would like to write more things and this is the place to do so. Secondly I love travelling and through this blog I can keep memories of all those adventures in one place while also sharing things and places that I have loved on trips to different parts of the world. Thirdly it is just great to collect parts of my life in this space on the internet that I can look back at in the years to come.
